Gigabyte Launches 'Anywhere RMA’

Gigabyte India, a manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, has launched its post sales service of pick-and-deliver for motherboards

Gigabyte India, a manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, has launched its post sales service of pick-and-deliver for motherboards through Accel Frontline.

Introduced only in the Indian market, this service will be provided for places that fall more than 25 kms away from existing service centers. This step will provide the facility to all channel partners as well as end users all across the country, be it metros, mini metros or small towns.

To strengthen its post sales infrastructure, Gigabyte is sprucing up the level one and level two supports. The service calls can be booked through the ASP websites. Gigabyte has a service network spread over 88 locations across the country through its two ASPs: Accel Frontline and Digicare.

"Our RMA centers have been providing very good support to the market in metros and urban areas; however we felt that our customers and partners located away from the metros needed special attention. With growing customer base and market spreading in mini metros, small towns and satellite regions, we have been working on an enhanced service and supply chain initiative for these locations," explained Rajan Sharma, General Manager, Sales - MB BU- Gigabyte India.
